The standard of leadership and management in the UK is a hot topic at the present time, and there are various initiatives in place to assist organisations to develop their leadership and management skills. We offer an on-line Leadership and Management assessment tool, which is undertaken in the workplace and involves the individual or groups of individuals completing a pre-defined questionnaire, which looks specifically at their existing Leadership and Management skills. This assessment will take less than one hour to complete. Once completed, a report will be produced highlighting the areas for improvement, which will enable the participant to produce a Personal Development Plan, in consultation with us. |
