We are currently in the middle of delivering a modular based management development programme for a new local client. The programme has been designed specifically to meet this client’s expressed management development needs and includes modules on the following topics:
Assertiveness Skills
Appraisal Skills
Interpersonal Skills
Team Building
Meeting Skills
This programme is being delivered in house over a six-week period to the management team of a small company. We have even delivered training programmes on a Saturday, so as to alleviate problems of accessing cover for trainees during normal working hours. This modular and flexible approach to management development is particularly effective for small companies, who need their managers to have the appropriate skills but are not seeking accreditation to external qualifications.
